The Will Of God (SD25)

Mat 7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven."
Please note that only those who do the will of God can enter the kingdom of heaven. It is God's will that we love Him with all our hearts, stay away from sins and abominations, and with His help able to do good and righteous works until perfection.
Heb 13:20-21 Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

John 7:17 "If anyone wants to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority."
Only those who understand the truth in His word (doctrine) will be able to do His will. All those believing in heresies cannot do His will.

Three types of God's Will
Rom12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
3 Types of God's Will
1. Good Will
2. Acceptable (pleasing) will,
3. Perfect Will of God.

Good Will of God
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
The good will of God is that all men are saved because out of God's love, He sent His only begotten Son to be made flesh and died on the cross to be the propitiation of our sins. He rose on the third day so that whoever believes in Jesus, the Lamb of God will be saved from eternal damnation.

The Outer Court
At the outer court the Jews offered all types of sacrifices to God. For sins and also for freewill and thanksgiving. Similarly, a Christian can repent of his sins, praises, thanks and worships Him.
Here, the Priest taught the Law of Moses and dedicated the offerings of the Jews. Similarly, matured Christians must teach God's words and also minister to His sheep so that they will be able to put to death the old man.
Col 3:5,8 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry... But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.

The Bronze Laver of water
Rom 6:3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
Before the priest could enter into the Holy Place (tabernacle),  he must cleanse himself with the water in the bronze laver and then put on the white priesthood robe in the Holy Place.
Similarly, a Christian must be water baptised into His death (having crucified the old man) before he can put on the new man created to be righteous and holy.
Eph 4:21-24 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
